Mac's Chocolate & Bakeshop is a small, family-run chocolatier on Princess Street in Kingston's west end. We make every truffle, gift box, and bake by hand, in small batches, in our own kitchen.

We do walk-in retail, online ordering for shipping across Canada, custom corporate boxes, and wedding favours. Whatever's in the case today was made here this week — never frozen, never shipped in.

Do you ship? +

Yes — across Canada. We pack with thermal liners May through September. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout; orders over $80 ship free. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days.

How fresh are your chocolates? +

Hand-rolled in small batches twice a week. Best within three weeks of purchase, kept cool but not refrigerated. We never freeze our truffles, and we never use preservatives.

Can you do custom flavours for an event? +

We love this. Six weeks lead time, $250 minimum. Wedding favours, branded corporate boxes, anniversary collections. Email orders@macschocolate.com with what you're imagining.

Are any of your chocolates vegan or allergen-friendly? +

Several of our 70%+ darks are vegan by recipe. We have a dedicated nut-free batch scheduled monthly. Our kitchen handles dairy, nuts, and gluten — please ask before ordering for severe allergies.

Do you offer gift cards? +

In any amount, online or in-store. Physical cards come hand-tied with our gold ribbon. Digital cards arrive within an hour of purchase by email.

Do you do tastings or shop tours? +

Private tastings for groups of 4–10 by appointment ($25/person, includes a small box to take home). Drop-in tasting bar opens Friday afternoons in the front of the shop.
